Dr. Jeremiah K. Saylae, PharmD, MBA
Dr. Jeremiah K. Saylae, co-founder of J&B Pharmaceuticals, brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to the company. With a strong educational background and extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, he is well-equipped to guide the business in its mission to improve healthcare in Liberia. His comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy operations, combined with his business acumen, positions him as a visionary leader dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare products to underserved markets.
Brent P. McFarland, RPh
Brent P. McFarland, the other co-founder, graduated from Xavier University College of Pharmacy in Louisiana in 1992. He holds pharmacy licenses in Louisiana, Indiana, Virginia, and Michigan. His diverse experience spans retail, home infusion, hospital settings, compliance, and corrections, showcasing his versatility and depth of knowledge in the field. Currently serving as the Pharmacist in Charge at Medscript Long Term Care Pharmacy, he has demonstrated his capability in managing complex pharmaceutical operations. Additionally, his role as a Pharmacy Preceptor for Manchester, Purdue University, and Butler University highlights his commitment to fostering the next generation of pharmacists. His recognition as the 2019 IPPE and APPE Preceptor of the Year for Manchester University attests to his excellence in this mentoring role.
